Houda Yasmine

I can recommend this hotel due to the large amount of food, close location to the beach and the town where you can buy everything. We were 8 days. Great atmosphere. Our son finished the year here, the cake they prepared, it was a hundred years old.

I recently spent a fantastic week at the Houda Yasmine Marina & Spa in September 2026 and I loved it so much that I’ve already booked another stay for a couple of weeks’ time!
Here is a breakdown of my experience:
• Staff & Service: The team here is wonderful. Every single member of staff was super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
• Entertainment: The entertainment team was a massive highlight. They kept things lively, engaging, and genuinely wonderful throughout the entire stay.
• Food & Drink: I was very pleased with the dining options. The food was good, with plenty of variety to choose from each day.
• Room & Facilities: The only minor downside was the bathroom, which was looking a little tired and needed some maintenance. However, this didn't ruin the trip at all.
Overall, it is a brilliant hotel with a great atmosphere, and I can't wait to head back there soon!

I had a very good time good stay at the Houda Yasmine Hammamet hotel the hotel is nice the staff is welcoming and always attentive a big thank you to the whole team for its kindness, professionalism and quality of service we feel really welcomed and taken care of throughout the stay a great experience that I recommend without hesitation!!!!!!

Experience went improving over the course of the week, the first few days the cleanliness of the room was almost absent, but it went improving in the following days
Pleasant hotel climate especially thanks to the animation guys who involve you in the activities 100%, very present even during the ‘dead ' moments coming to always exchange a few words
Hotel staff friendly and super helpful, too bad for one of the guys at the reception that the first days appeared a little annoyed

Very friendly helpful staff hotel was beautiful everywhere was really clean, not much english food and kept being irritated by flies but other than that a brilliant hotel for price

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Houda Yasmine Hammamet. The staff were warm, welcoming and always helpful. Our room was comfortable, well air-conditioned and equipped with a working TV and small refrigerator. It was cleaned thoroughly every morning by the hardworking room attendants.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the Medina, making it easy to explore, shop for souvenirs and enjoy the surrounding area.

A very special thank you to the fantastic entertainment team — Djo, Aladdin, Ava, Pepito and the Chef Animation, Negi. They were friendly, energetic, polite and incredibly engaging, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

Djo was lively and entertaining, while Aladdin was friendly, enthusiastic and always ready to involve guests. Ava was absolutely wonderful — warm, charming, energetic and exceptionally engaging. Her lovely personality really stood out and made the activities even more enjoyable. Pepito was also consistently friendly, helpful and entertaining. And Negi, as Chef Animation, helped bring great energy and organisation to the entertainment programme.

I particularly enjoyed playing darts, winning first place once! 🎯🏆 I also took part in water aerobics and other daytime games. The evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable, including performances and beauty pageants.

The food was good and the restaurant staff were attentive. A special thank you to Bashir and Farid, whose warmth, kindness and genuinely helpful nature made such a lovely impression. They both went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

I also enjoyed a full hammam spa package with a full-body massage, which was a lovely way to relax.

Overall, the wonderful staff made our holiday truly memorable. Thank you especially to Djo, Aladdin, Ava, Pepito, Negi, Bashir and Farid. Also not forgetting DJ Mbappe who gave us good music vibes by the pool during the day. You made our stay special, and I would happily return! ❤️🌴

The staff here have been so friendly and helpful, they are great ambassadors for the hotel. With that in mind let me run through our typical day here:

The gym is small but functional having an exercise bike and treadmill as cardio machines - but also a variety of weights, pull-up bar etc.

The breakfast is excellent. I understand that those hoping for bacon or sausage may be disappointed - but an omelette made by the egg man and a refreshing smoothie is a great start to the day. Especially coupled with coffee, pain aux chocolate and a slice of marmalade on toast.

There are also pancakes, fruit, cereals, cold meat and cheese selections and excellent bread rolls.

Milk made available for cereals can be added to your morning cup of tea....

2 litre bottles of water are provided. We'd take one down to the white sanded beach less than a 10 minute walk away. The hotel has it's own reserved area that you would struggle to miss. The sea is clear and at this time of year warmer than the hotel pool.

We would come back from the beach to our room which is equipped with a fridge - but no kettle. The bath has a shower which is nice and powerful. Hot water seems to be plentiful.

WiFi in our room was patchy. Not advised for work but that's not why we came! We were able to have a video WhatsApp call with our daughter with no problems.

For lunch I'd advise getting a drink from the hotel bar and taking it in with you. However, after the waiter had discovered our preferred drinks we found we were arriving at meals with them already poured and waiting for us. It may be a four star hotel but we have received five star service.

Now in the afternoon we like to relax by the pool. This pool is well regulated. Chlorine and pH levels are tested and recorded. The activity team offer various events you can get involved in such as archery. The facilities are a little tired, the mini-golf course for example needs some TLC. But I appreciated the ability of the activities team to discern who did or did not want to get involved.

At dinner we have had wonderful Tunisian food - freshly baked bread, olives, fish and a variety of puddings. I enjoyed the on tap beer which goes down rather easily...

The "snacks" available are great. The burger in a toasted bun really hit the spot. My wife doesn't normally like donuts - but was super happy with the fresh fried one here.

The evening entertainment is... random. I'm going to leave that there. It is to a certain extent dependent on your fellow guests as to how it goes!

Our room was quiet at night. We had undisturbed sleep. The balcony was a nice area to sit in the morning or dry our clothes. The safe we had to pay extra for - and a cash deposit was needed for the key.

This has been a holiday we've needed after a busy summer - and I can't thank the staff enough!

Here at the moment as a solo traveller and was skeptical after reading so many poor reviews. But I can honestly say it’s nothing like the reviews. People just love to complain!!

Everything has been pleasant and comfortable. Staff have been friendly, approachable and can’t do enough for you. Spa and indoor pool was nice. Outdoor pool area is beautiful. Food was delicious especially the beef dishes.

Tirelessly and it’s evident everywhere you walk. The cleaners, bar staff and waiting staff in the restaurant are superb. Really kind and can’t do enough for you really.

The rooms are a little tired but adequate enough and comfortable! I didn’t come n holiday to stay in the room! But everything was in working order, aircon, hairdryer. Nothing like the reviews said!

A holiday is what you make it and I can honestly say I will visit again.

The hotel is good, very clean and the staff is super nice..and then Hamed invited us to an ala carte meal which was really delicious..i can only recommend it to others..

We had a long journey and it was good i like the entertainment here the weather is refreshing with a very good breesze. And the ppl friendly especially the customer service and the reception. Theres a blond nice guy is cooll and the food is okay actually the prives goes along with service i dont know why ppl are complaininh

I had a pleasant stay at Houda Yasmine Hammamet. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, the atmosphere, the staff and the facilities. Everything was generally good and I enjoyed my stay.
The only thing that could be improved is the desserts. Unfortunately, most of them were not very tasty and the quality could be better. I hope the hotel can improve the variety and taste of the desserts in the future.
Overall, I had a good experience and would be happy to come back.

Everything is fine, especially if you keep in mind that you're in Africa. The staff are doing their best, the entertainment is quite good, and although the food can get a little repetitive, it's generally okay.

The only real issue we noticed was the shortage of glasses and the lack of service during the main meals, especially at dinner.

Other than that, everything is fine. You just shouldn't be too demanding or expect everything to be perfect.
